EXL visited our campus for recruitment. The process included three rounds : 1.) Aptitude test
2.) F-2-F Interview 3.) HR Interview. Aptitude test was conducted well in advance and then the shortlist was announced few days later.

Questions were based on resume and the asked 2-3 puzzles and a market entry case study. Appropriate time was given to the puzzles.

Basic type of interview focused on resume and other basic skills like sql . Also they asked puzzles and guesstimates. Interview was very smooth and nice , you don't need to be panick at all just be confident at the time of interview
It is a very lengthy and time consuming interview process. Gaps between the interviews is a little long and it takes the whole day to finish with all rounds of interviews
It was easy and straightforward. There were 2 technical rounds. They asked puzzles and brain teasers. Panel was jovial and helpful. They have hired quite a few people at once
