It had multiple choice questions on . Net, C#, React, SQL and some easy code questions.
Second round was a technical round over video.
Third was techno managerial and then finally HR.

EXL came for on campus hiring at IIT kanpur on DAY 1.There were three rounds
1)Aptitude Test
2)HR Interview
3)Technical interiew
around 200 students appeared for the written test,25 made it to interviews finally 6 were selected.
