EXL comes to my college for placement in august. It conduct the placement process in two stages. First, there is a written aptitude test including three sections verbal ability, logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude. Second, it is an interview most of the questions are related to resume and some puzzle questions are also asked. The interview is about 20-30 min long in my case.

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
