Online test was conducted first. Test wasn't that tough. If you are preparing for CAT, then it's a cake walk. Roughly 60 out of 300 were shorlisted for interviews. The interview process took one full day. Puzzles and guesstimates were asked in first round. Again if you are preparing for CAT then clearing this round won't be a problem. Second round was a hR round. Interview process was ridiculous . They had made us all wait for around 12 hrs unwantedly...Probably they could have conducted this process in a better way..

Online Assessment followed by two rounds of interview. One technical and second is managerial round. The interview was for 45min each. Both rounds were on the same day. It was based on sql, puzzle, reasoning, technical, project discussion.
