First round was a 45min phone interview, and were asked about resume related questions and some brain teasers. The next two rounds were in their Jersey office with two senior consultants. A lot of cases.

A SQL question followed by A/B testing question (interviewer was pretty less knowledgeable on this). Finally questions on PowerPoint that can be easily googled. Bad job description and an even ill-fitted interviewer.
