It took around a month from the first call till the offer letter came. There were three rounds of interviews with three different people Two telephonic rounds and 1 face to face round with AVP talent search. The entire process was very smooth and the interviewers make you very comfortable during the process. The interview itself is a two way process, so they will answer your questions very openly which helps in understanding the process as well as the role you apply for.
