Colloquio
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter about 3 days later. The interview with the recruiter was straight forward, however I was surprised to find out the position I applied for was not full-time when the job description said it was. Additionally, I asked the recruiter if they could disclose the hourly rate for the position, and it was surprising low considering a Bachelors degree is a requirement. The recruiter ended up passing my information along to the manager of the location I applied to so we can set up the second interview. It was another phone interview with the manager, who was very kind and transparent about what the job entailed. It's an entry level, part-time position that can become full-time by taking on personal training clients and/or group fitness classes. It sounds like a great position for those who don't need full-time hours, benefits, and for those who aren't paying a large amount of student debt. I informed the manager I was not interested in moving forward with the interview process.

A simple introduction interview. We just went over the job details and the potential client (varies). Ended the interview fairly quickly after finding out the low pay and the potential client.
