The Architect/Team Lead and the Manager joined the interview call. The architect was a professional guy with good questions but the Manager was unprofessional, rude and joined the call from a place with poor reception. Both the Architect and I had to ask him to repeat his questions multiple times for us to understand what he was talking. He neither made efforts to make the experience better nor did anything to improve the quality of the interview. In the followup interview, the manager started questioning if my candidature was fake and if I really had any relevant experience. Not only was he a no show for a couple of scheduled calls after which I had to reach out to the HR to reschedule but he was mean.
