Eagle Brook has an interrogative, demeaning, ruthless and unreasonable approach to the interview process. If you like walking on pins and needles, this is the place for you! They claim to practice a "feedback" culture, so I felt very compelled to write this review online of my experience. I found the inside culture to be very hypocritical to their mission, values, beliefs, practices and teachings. Their interviews are several days long and paired with extensive assessments, evaluations, criticism, repetitive questioning and unrealistic expectations. They will ask you questions (professional, spiritually and personal) that are entirely unrelated to your resume and the job in which you've applied. At times, their behavior, comments and actions were NOT Christian and completely unprofessional. I witnessed several people in tears during this process. Unfortunately, this church really needs to work on their inside culture and not just the image on the screen of who they portray themselves to be.  I have attended Eagle Brook for many years and will no longer be attending this church after this inside experience. Please be careful and approach their hiring process with extreme caution!
