The process was pretty involved, going through a few stages. It starts with a casual phone chat, moves on to a video call, and wraps up with a two-day in-person event. Day 1 is a group day all about diving into why and how they do things by taking a campus tour and going to a service. Day 2 is a few rounds of quick 10 minute interviews and ends with 2 rounds of longer form interviews. It's a bit intense, but not too bad, surprisingly.
