they will send an invitation to anyone who will apply and will not tell this is a commission only position, just will obscurely mention "to do some research about the company" and will make sure that if you have any questions that you call back (i wrote an email & they didn't follow up on it). I ended up not going since i don't live in Burlington & it would have been an hour long drive. long story short- another company that tries to lure you in with nice position titles while it doesn't want to pay you a dime.
