The hiring process is straight forward. You apply. You receive a call for an interview if your application and requested salary is what they are looking for. You get asked about 25 basic behavioral questions. You perform a lifting assessment. Once all that is complete and you pass everything, you sit down and finalize the job offer and initial training. All of the training past the lift assessment is paid.
