Interview was conducted via cell phone; person conducting the interview was driving; conversation was very disjointed; questions ran together creating awkward responses; no response to follow-up contacts; no explanations for what happened; no thank you for time invested in interviewing the interview was for an international position; think the company had no international experience believe the interview could have been handled better of if communications via cell phone were difficult an alternative should have been sought; e-mail was offered as an alternative as was Skype
