The interview process was done over the phone they had said that this was just a conversation and then you would be submitted for the interview. I had spoken to the hiring recruiter first off to answer preliminary questions. Then next was talking to the manager herself and they had let me know they had no time to train someone that would be new new to wires. Even though i came from a branch she knew i had some experience but needed more.

The job posting stated hybrid however, it’s a member faced position which when I asked the recruiter, I couldn’t get a clear answer as to what does the remote day looks like. I felt very awkward when I told the recruiter that I was able to travel to both Bethesda and Tysons location, she proceeded to have me enter their addresses on my gps to see how far for clarification which was off putting. I can take accountability on the research of the position and was not aware of the description however, the experience did not feel good as the recruiter was very passive aggressive as I was trying to get clear understanding of the role while asking questions. And stated that my resume stated I have not work since 2021, to which I corrected and referred back to the resume sent, The correct resume was sent with three correct timeline. It only lasted for a few minutes when I realized that this was not a good fit.
