Informal, had no JD prepared so conversations were very candid. Recruiter was very green, as was the interviewer, less that 3 weeks at the company combined. Recruiter was very enthusiastic about the job and led me on. The process should be a bit more standardized. The hiring manager I spoke with said that next steps would be another conversation with different Product person, and then I got an auto generated rejection email. Not even a message or call from the recruiter. Ultimately if I wasn't a good fit, we shouldn't have moved past the initial interview with the recruiter. There was additionally an aptitude test that had to be proctored. Seemed like a test to see how you'd fit on the manager's team. It seemed pretty unnecessary to do right after the recruiter's interview. It should be pushed later on. I was fairly excited about the company as a whole, but in hindsight, it may not have been a good fit anyways.

First had to pass a cognitive aptitude test, then had to take test again in front of interviewer before discussion. After chatting with initial HR person was offered an interview with PM team, which ultimately was never scheduled and I was told the position filled internally.
