A take-home exercise followed the HR call. The next step was to present the exercise. Here is my experience was the exercise presentation interview - The data provided was incomplete, missed the campaign end date in the data, and no information on other channels like organic search. The interview panel failed to answer my counter questions on the insufficient data. The panel was not flexible enough to accept my answers but gave answers that were not in the data. For example: in the data, in 2014 one campaign ran and in 2015, user profile was created, 2016 another campaign ran. The interview panel said user profile created in 2015 is due to organic search but there was no organic search data provided, only campaigns were there as channels, in data analytics we may assume things, but we work with data for informed decision making. Now If we don't know 2014 end date of the campaign (as 2014 campaign can run occasionally or year after year), how can it be predicted the user profile not created from the 2014 campaign and created from organic search? The interview panel was firm on their decision that organic search is the only option and not ready to accept any other solutions. I request to manage the interview panel for proper judgment and decision-making.

The first round is a phone screen with HR, then a take-home exercise, submit in one week after they reviewed your result, you will need to do a presentation based on the exercise to two hiring managers, the last round is a panel interview including 5 team members, covers SQL tech screen and other 4 different topics
