Very Personal Sit Down Interview with the Local Office Director. Talks about who you are, what your interests are, describes the job and how you would fit the position. Its not a formal interview, it has more of a relax feeling to it. No need to panic about your typical interview questions about weaknesses and strengths like other job interviews.

It was a bit informal and very relaxed. They just told you the responsibilities of the job and when could you start. I ended up getting an offer in that same interview.
