Recruiter reached out to me asking to apply for the job. After I did, we had a virtual interview. The interview felt like it went well and she mentioned she would move me forward in the process. However, I was completely ghosted afterwards despite multiple follow-up attempts. I would not recommend applying to a company that treats potential hires like this.
