There was first a phone interview. After there was a skype interview with two additional people. The skype interview lasted around 45 minutes and they just asked me questions about my resume and experience.

I emailed a cover letter, resume, and transcript to the HR department. Got an email back in a few days telling me they had received my application, and I interviewed the following week. They had a sheet of questions to ask me regarding my work ethic, why I was interested, etc - probably 6 or 7 total. The whole thing took about 45 minutes. She emailed me a few days later telling me that she would be recommending me to another department. I had a phone interview a few days after that, and then I started the following week.
