Quite easy. Rather than an interview, it was more of a conversation to discuss on how much expectation the manager have when you are chosen to be part of the team, and what skills or experience you have that can contribute to the team. Both manager and HR were nice during the interview.

The interview process was led in group interviews including role plays. Three candidates were interviewed together and asked about their common points, common interest. Second step was to analyse a situation and see how we would overcome it all together. The second stage was individual interview
