The process included a short phone screening with a recruiter, a panel interview with peers, and a final panel interview including the hiring manager. The process was clearly established from the beginning, everyone was kind and forthcoming with information, and the recruiter provided prompt follow-up. I was not selected but the recruiter provided helpful feedback on their decision. The entire process left me feeling like this is a very well organized company that values candidates' time. I will be keeping them on my radar for future potential roles.
