The application was easy to fill out. There's one part where you need to match and write about how you match the job spec. I'm guessing this will be different for different roles. The interview was also a two-stage process, where you have to deliver a 15-micro-teach session and then an interview. This was a relaxing environment. One con is that if you are unsuccessful, you don't receive any feedback regarding the interview, and this has been chased a couple of times.
