This was surprising, as the role I applied for was a functional Business Analyst position. During the second round, the developer focused on technical questions irrelevant to a functional BA role, including asking about product knowledge, which I confidently answered. Despite performing well, my profile was rejected after the second round. The entire process felt disorganized and unclear, leaving me with a poor impression of the company.
