Long but not bad. They asked a lot of specific questions about coursework and experience. Basic interview questions overall. People were nice and respectful. Require letters of recommendation and writing exam.

Very friendly interview process. Most of the people from my group were there. They reached out to all of my references. There was an additional skills test involving analysis of sample environmental dataset but overall nothing too challenging.

Talked to ERG employees at job fair at my university. Then I received an interview a couple weeks later. After that, I didn't hear back about whether or not I got the job. After emailing several times, I still didn't hear back.
