Individual interviewee with two interviewers. Many questions regarding work ethic and goals. Also, interviewers have also been in similar position as job applying for. Many questions were in regards to applicants ability to problem solve and answer questions that students may have in regards to the Writers' Center.

Where do you see yourself after college, in about 4 years or more?
I applied to an office aide position for Eastern Washington university as a student at the school. The interview process was concise and I only spoke to 1 manager. The position was offered a few days after.
