First there is a phone interview then an on site interview. For the onsite they fly you in and put you up in the Marriott. An employee picks you up, has breakfast with you and then takes you over to where the real interviews begin. I met with several different people. Everyone was very friendly and easy going. They use the STAR behavioral interview methodology. An offer came a little over a week later. After the offer a background check and drug screen were performed.

Screening round, Telephonic, Interview , written test and it was sub like sql js nodejs , reactjs project explanation , hr questions , tell about urself and family and if any exp, or how you contribute team, or copmany about,
Phone interview followed by in-person interview with management then technical personnel in the same day. Overall relaxed interview with interviewers focusing more on the personal side vs technical expertise. No technical “gotcha” questions but instead questions inquiring about previous experience.
