I went through the 2nd and last round of interviews, which took around 6h. Mostly "tell me of a time when" questions. I was informed to wait for an answer from them within 1 to 2 weeks. I never heard from them again. Some time after those 2 weeks I emailed the HR employee who scheduled the interview to check if they had come to a decision and the reply was that they decided on another candidate. Fair enough and all part of the game, but they could had communicated that to me as a professional courtesy.
