Started with applying online. make sure you use keywords from the job announcement, otherwise your resume wont get picked up (per HR). Was called about three weeks later for phone interview that covered basic personal and background info. Then invited for a 1:1 interview with 6 different people across logistics. They are southern culture so play on to their stereotypes and push family, praise their culture, and stress how much you love the tri cities area..they will eat that up. They like to talk about them selves so let them have at it. other just went by the book and asked behavior questions you can pull from doing simple google search. it was nothing difficult, just do your homework, smile and praise them, the company, and especially Kingsport / Tri-cities.
