Well i walked into a room full of the plant supervisors, and i shook all of there hands and told them my name, while not breaking eye contact. They then began to ask simple communication questions regarding how well i am with others. It was not intense as most interviews. they knew my skills that wanted to make sure i am a good guy for there company in the long run.

Lengthy and difficult. It is a multistage process where you have to go through several people and places to get it done. Time consuming with several interviewees to have to talk too.
