Very easy. It seems like they will take just about anyone. From criminals to even homeless people and people who don't have their residents. Everybody and anybody will say the right things to management just to get the job. If management can hire their own friends who don't know what they're doing? Then what are the odds of them hiring anyone? Come apply to Eataly. You will be guaranteed a job there. As long as you know how to kiss their butts while doing your job.

Simple one step interview that lasted no longer than 5 minutes and from there I was on my way. I was offered the job at Eataly a day or two later. Very simple process.
