I went through three interviews and did a project, which took hours to complete. The process took four weeks in total. They called my references and then informed me in a short email that I didn't get the position two weeks later. I expected at least feedback as to why I didn't get the job after going through all that effort. Run don't walk! They are very disorganized and it seems to be a revolving door here.
