Phone interview and two in person interviews. HR first, then manager, then leadership. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed the process. Included a tour of the facilities. I had a friend who interviewed and did not get the job. She only had the first interview with HR. She said they asked less questions than they asked me.

the screening was quick and moved on to the next steps quickly. they were very nice and friendly, gave me chance to ask any questions, and we're also flexible about scheduling the next interviews. I think working with youth was helpful for me in the process and they also ask if you would be interested on working weekends but it was pretty much a given.
