Submitted a resume at university career fair, within one week they emailed me for an on campus interview. About 15 people interviewed throughout the course with 4 different Eaton employees 1 on 1. Each person interview with 2 reps separately.

Discussed my resume projects in detail and solved multiple Data Structures and Algorithm questions, which formed the core focus of the interview, testing my problem solving approach, coding logic, and technical understanding of fundamental computer science concepts.

It was just based on technical round, no aptitude test was done, they just selected based on resume then an offline interview from campus was done, 1st round was technical , mainly on projects , the 2nd was a HR round

I had to complete an Excel test and answered several behavioural questions during the interview, interviewers are pretty nice. Pretty decent interview experience. . . . . . . .
