2) Phone call for screening (out of blue)
Then got an invitation to AC in 10 mins
3) AC
-a test included verbal, numerical, logical
-a group discussion
-in tray test
-another group discussion+ presentation
after lunch, they asked some people to go because they did not pass the stage.
-I passed the morning section so I had a chance to do a face to face interview.

Assessment Centre with Interviews straight after, with only 10 getting selected for the interviews. The process was a day long with there being multiple group tasks being undertaken. Tasks included starting a business and a group presentation.
