I hear they have a Panel review process now where all must sign off. My interview Process was more a conversation with 3 Managers and the VP. I had been recruited by them.

Es wurde sich sehr schnell (keine 24h nach dem Absenden) ein Termin für ein erstes Gespräch ausgemacht.
Inhalt: Allg. den Lebenslauf abgetastet, kurz geschaut wie es gehaltstechnisch so steht und ob Englisch kein großes Problem ist.
2. Gespräch war direkt mit dem vorgesetzten. Auch hier erstmal kurzen Smalltalk, danach relativ tief ins technische. Unterschied verschiedener Systeme, wie ist so ein System aufgebaut, welche Normen sind relevant....
3. Gespräch war mit 3 Personen und wurde sehr ernst genommen. Es gab eine case study mit kurzem pitch und ein paar Rückfragen. Man wurde auch persönlich etwas abgetastet (z.B. Themenwahl des Falls etc.)

Fácil acesso e alinhamento de expectativas. Contato feito de maneira direta sem perder tempo com o candidato. RH solicito a tirar dúvidas sobre remuneração e benefícios. Alinhado como uma multinacional seguindo todos os protocolos e deixando o candidato a vontade na entrevista.

Lengthy and but thorough. Started with a recruiter, then a phone interview, followed by a face to face interview. Asked a lot of generic STAR questions. Did not give a lot of feedback after the interview process was completed, for a post interview. The interview was done with two individuals at a time. Their HR rep was surprisingly the most unprofessional of the group, and asked the least relevant questions. She shook my hand with her pen in it.
