First round consist of HR. Overall this round was having a familiar background.
Second round was quite avg. This was taken by Quality & Manufacturing head.
Qualifying second round, The third was taken by Maintenance Head.
And finally the fourth & final round was taken by Plant manager for 3hours.
In all the total time taken for interview was nearly 4-5hrs.

It was nice, questions were asked about the SOM subject. you need to have good knowledge of SOM for this particular post. Some questions were also asked on M.tech project

The first stage is resume shortlisting and then technical interview round followed by HR interview round. In technical round, they asked basic questions about core subjects and questions related to BTech and MTech projects.

Only a technical Interview was taken which was a virtual one. After Technical, there was an HR round. In technical more focus was on application based questions and on project work. In HR strengths, weaknesses, how do you deal with stress was asked. The interviewers were friendly.
