I submitted my resume through school career fair website. I had an on campus interview that was filled with 3 STAR questions. I received an invitation for second round interviews in Ohio. There were three different interviews that each had three more STAR related questions.

Spoke to a design engineer at a career fair who recommended that I apply online. Was contacted about an interview within several days and met with two interviewers in the Career Service office within one week.
