I had 2 rounds interview, 1 is with the global TAC VP (Jeff Scolnick) at US and 1 is with Asia HR VP (Amy Lau) at China, they are very effecctive with meeting arrangement and really focus on what I have done and what is my conpentancies are, detail and professional!
