It was a multi-step interview process, first interview with HR, second with the hiring manager, and a third with another person from the team. The questions were pretty technical from the hiring manager, and HR focused more on behavioral type questions

One phone screen and one on sight. Included members were ME Manager, ME Team Leads, and an HR person. Questions were posed and responses were requested to be in STAR format. The interview lasted about 1 hour and concluded with a site tour.

Good technical questions asked by interviewer with a mindset based on technical knowledge and not how fluent you re at English. And communication was checked thoroughly in hr round. .....
