The interview was basic interview questions such as why Eaton, what challenges did you face and how did you tackle them, what’s your weakness/strength. Typically to get the full job at Eaton you would go for two rounds of interviews, however for an internship the second round is postponed till after the internship if you are interested in full time.

Systematic, felt like I was being checked off of a list. I was interviewed by an Hr and an engineer, and I felt the engineer cared much more. It was as if the HR rep wasn’t even listening when she asked follow up questions.
