Right away I was contacted by email and an online interview with my possible Team Lead was scheduled. It was good, TL is nice person. If I passed, he said he will send me testing exercise about C++. But 1 month later didnt heard from them (even rejection letter), so it seems a denial.

He asked me about my previous Programmer C++ experiences - what I am proud of, what I will redo If I will repeat same work, how I develop software, what I know about embedded software, Linux knowledge, team work questions.
Quite straightforward and really simple with just one exercise and describing previous experiences and the technologies I have previously worked on as well as previous projects and their goals
This interview process was for an freelance position
Multiple rounds of virtual interviews with managers and engineers. Some technical but mostly non technical screening. Interviews lasted about an hour each over a couple of weeks in the afternoons

the interviewer is very professional and polite; the interview is done well. I feel genuinely respected for my time even though it did not work out. The process was smooth.
