Phone interviews was all that i'd done before arriving onsite the first day being hired.
The phone interview was centered on what i'd done in the past and the standard concern over how to handle problem situations along with focusing a little on why i was leaving (more than i've experienced in other interviews).

Multiple rounds of virtual interviews with managers and engineers. Some technical but mostly non technical screening. Interviews lasted about an hour each over a couple of weeks in the afternoons
