Panel type interview with highly experienced ndt technician asking technical questions. 5 other managers from different areas of the plant were also present and also asked technical type questions. after the technical aspect of the interview was complete, they asked personality based questions. This was followed with a short section of questions aimed at understanding my job history and attitude.
