In person, on college campus, On-site. Company brought me to their office in Chicago, did not sponsor travel. Was tough finding the place if you'e never been to the Chicago suburbs.

the interview consisted of 4 rounds, 2 of them were on the university campus and the final round was in person onsite at their chicago elgin office. The questions were mostly based on technical projects pertaining to my research and how it could have been applied to their job role that was open.
