Filled out an employment application on the spot. Sat in a conference room for about an hour with the engineering manager. Very casual but thorough and rigorous interview. Actually enjoyed talking to him and was a great experience.

Other questions were aimed at getting a better feel for the applicant's personality, like/dislikes, etc. The interview process was casual and enjoyable, which is a reflection of the engineering office atmosphere at Eby.
