The interview took only 15 minutes. Just based on the process in terms of visas and documentation. Was quick and easy, not really a formal interview. But i still approached it as formal as possible.

Questions about background. Why I wanted to be a teacher, what qualifications I had and what age group and type of school I wanted to work in.
They asked if I would create a fake reference showing that I had more experience for Visa application purposes! AVOID

The interview process was pretty painless. You set a time for a skype interview with a recruiter. The recruiter did not ask me too many questions, but I made sure to put my personality out there and be exuberant. She went over what to expect and what I would need to work in China.
