2 step interview process. Pretty straight forward with a primary interview to determine if you’re eligible and then an interview with an area supervisor to hire. Now I did get hired but I was told different things by 3 different people. The interviewer, the area manager, and the onboarding manager. And due to the confusion I am unable to follow through with the job. Basically I was told I would be compensated to travel for work, and the day before I find I’m not being compensated. It’s a 70+ mile drive one way to attend training and then a week in Georgia and I have to eat the travel costs myself, then submit my travel costs, and then I still wasn’t told when I would be compensated. I don’t know if that’s immediately after training or if it will be 3-6 months down the line. I also wasn’t told exactly how they determine the compensation. They also don’t offer any per diem whatsoever for traveling out of state. So again more front costs I had to take on. And for those reasons I am unable to accept the job. Other than that you have to have a clean driving record, clean back ground, and pass a drug test.
