My interview with Larry Fleming, the Business Operations Manager II, was very smooth and put me at ease right away. It didn’t feel like a rigid question-and-answer session; it felt more like a genuine conversation. He was easy to talk to, and our discussion flowed naturally from one topic to the next. Instead of feeling like I was being evaluated, it felt more like we were exploring whether the Project Manager II role was a good fit on both sides. I appreciated that he made the environment comfortable, and it allowed me to be open, relaxed, and authentic throughout the interview.
