Applied on the website and got a email for next steps within a week. The first round was the HR round, It was a good experience but I got rejected within 2 weeks and got a email from hr rep on why I got rejected
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso EcoSense Lighting (Los Angeles, CA) nel mese di lug 2019
Colloquio
Interview rounds:
1. Initial phone call with HR
2. 2nd phone call was technical. Mainly questions were asked about C programming and resume.
3. On-site interview.
- Consisted of 6 people interviewers.
- Out of which 4 interviewers where completely into Circuit designing, power electronics and analog circuit design. 2 interviewers were firmware engineers.
- I don't make sense of the interview panel, since the interviewers kept asking though circuit design related questions when I had zero experience on that subject.
- Interview with firmware engineers was easy.
- No feedback was provided for the interview.
Note: HR is very irresponsible and reluctant to even reply with feedback.
