it was quick and easy, basically introduced me to the staff, that was it really. after I went to meet the president and the whole conversation lasted about 15 minutes. she reviewed my resume and made a few comments on it. after which i went and got my livescan done and other paperwork

Very easy, short, most is reading and shaking hands. Just being honest is fine. they need someone that will look ok when coming to the customers house, and someone that can do physical labor. if you keep it cool and polite, conversation will be quite fast and there is really not much to worry about.
